Upon entering the property, you are greeted with the formal lounge room. When selecting the pieces for the formal lounge room I wanted to use a mixture of materials and textures that created a lasting impression, which set the tone for this high-end property. The use of the linen lounges and natural rattan pieces helped to compliment the coastal and calming feeling of this home. The framed wrought iron armchairs and the brass coffee table assisted in lifting the room to a luxurious space.
- MODULAR LOUNGE SUITE
The family room was beautifully designed and crafted to offer the ultimate indoor/outdoor space, perfect for all seasons, with the fireplace inside and the pool outside. Selecting the correct staging pieces for this room was the key to showcasing the main focal point of the home. The oversized modular lounge was perfect for this spacious room by adding volume to the overall layout. The use of the textured rug added depth, warmth and a point of interest. We placed the black arched framed mirror above the fireplace to draw the buyer’s eyes directly to this space, highlighting the contrast in colour against the crisp white walls. Overall, the execution of the pieces helped to create a light and calming space.

MARKET SNAP SHOT: This incredibly crafted home was was one of Hall Constructions projects and the property was a talking point for months whilst under construction. It is no surprise that once the property was complete it launched into an auction campaign and sold within a remarkable 12 days, fetching a price of $2,000,000!
The build itself was expertly engineered and crafted down to the finest detail.
