Interior Makeovers provides a full range of property styling services, including:

  • Full home staging for vacant properties.
  • Partial staging for homes that are already furnished but need that added style or additional furniture pieces.

The time required to stage a property depends on the size and scope of the project. On average, most home styling will occur in one day, but larger properties may take up to 3 days. We aim to complete the staging quickly and efficiently, so your property is ready for showings as soon as possible.

While every home is unique, the most important rooms to stage are typically the living room, master bedroom and kitchen. These are key areas where buyers often focus their attention. Depending on the house, the front and outdoor spaces can also be valuable. Staging these spaces thoughtfully can make a significant impact on how potential buyers perceive the home.

As we are passionate about design, we are consistently sourcing new items and pieces for our evolving hire collection. Our local warehouse is quite simply home to thousands of pieces allowing us to style many homes at the same time, no matter how long each campaign takes. Our large team also allows us to manage multiple projects at once.

Our inventory includes modern, timeless, coastal and elegant pieces that have been carefully curated to complement the architecture of your home and appeal to the target buyer. We ensure that every item enhances the space and creates a cohesive look.

Yes, we offer styling services for occupied homes that are often considered partial styling. Our team will work with your existing furniture and décor, making strategic updates to enhance the space. We aim to create a polished, buyer-ready look without disrupting your daily life. Whether it’s decluttering, rearranging or adding key pieces, we ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.

Interior Makeovers standard hire period is six weeks. Our contracts allow for payment of four and we give you two complimentary weeks. This usually allows for a week for photos and marketing to be prepared and a five-week sales campaign. In the event your home doesn’t sell during this time, we then make contact to discuss extended rental periods based on the campaign.
