Once you make an enquiry with Interior Makeovers, we will send you our pricing package and options, along with some initial information about our services. Following your advice to proceed, we will then book a consultation with one of our friendly stylists.

We will arrange an onsite consultation with one of our talented stylists which will allow them to see the spatial aspect, lighting and unique characteristics of the home. We are then able to showcase its best aspects to potential purchasers. Following this, we prepare a proposal for your review.

You will receive our proposal promptly after our consultation outlining our proposed items for each room and the hire period. Our standard staging contract is six weeks, pay for four and get two complimentary. This allows for a week of photography and marketing and a five week sales campaign.

Once you have read and accepted our Styling Proposal, we arrange the paperwork and schedule a date for the furniture and styling installation. We would advise that this is booked a day prior to the property photography day (payment plans are available).

This is the day our stylists love the most! Our incredible team will weave their magic to transform your property and complete your installation. This can take approximately 3-7 hours depending on the size and ease of access within the property. In some cases this may need to occur over two days.
pick up

We will liaise with you throughout your hire period and keep you fully informed of important dates and milestones. Once the property has sold or you reach the end of the styling contract, we will arrange removal of furniture and all styling items. Extensions to our hire period are certainly available.

STYLING
SERVICE
Elevate your home’s appeal while working with its existing features through our partial styling service. Ideal for occupied homes, we blend your furniture with carefully selected pieces from our collection to create a polished and inviting atmosphere. This might include a statement chair, additional pillows and finishes or a few key pieces of furniture to really complement the home’s best features.
